Kornati National Park

The Republic of Croatia is world famous as the country with more than a thousand islands, islets of rocks and reefs, 1244 to be exact; exactly in that number there are 140 islands, islets and rocks that make up the Kornati archipelago. The national park covers most of the above-mentioned islands, an area of ​​220 square kilometers, which occupy only 1/4 of the land, while the rest of the surface is a protected marine ecosystem. The archipelago has no permanent settlers, and is an oasis for sailors, divers and all those who want to enjoy the charms of untouched nature.
